Job Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic US IT Passive Recruiter (Fresher) who is eager to start a career in US IT staffing. The role focuses on sourcing and engaging passive candidates for US-based IT positions through various recruitment channels. This is an excellent opportunity to learn end-to-end recruitment in the US market.

Key Responsibilities


  • Source passive IT candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and internal databases.




  • Identify and engage suitable profiles for US IT requirements shared by clients.




  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, availability, and interest.




  • Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS and internal trackers.




  • Coordinate with senior recruiters and account managers for requirement understanding.




  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified passive candidates.




  • Follow up with candidates and ensure timely responses.




  • Adhere to US recruitment process standards and compliance guidelines.


  • Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Any graduate / postgraduate (IT background preferred but not mandatory).




  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).




  • Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (training will be provided).




  • Willingness to work in US night shifts.




  • Good internet research and sourcing skills.




  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.




  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.
