Key Responsibilities

  • Plan prepare and produce a wide variety of pastries desserts and bakery items.
  • Design and develop new dessert menus and seasonal specials in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
  • Maintain consistency in taste presentation and quality.
  • Ensure proper storage handling and rotation of ingredients.
  • Monitor food cost portion control and minimize wastage.
  • Supervise and train pastry team members providing guidance and motivation.
  • Ensure kitchen hygiene sanitation and safety standards are strictly followed.
  • Stay updated with pastry trends techniques and innovations to enhance menu offerings.
  • Collaborate with banquet and restaurant teams to customize dessert menus for special events.
