This position is responsible for the production of pastries, desserts, breads and other baked products. Gives operational support in meeting all divisional targets and objectives with a view to maximize guest satisfaction as well as protecting all assets of the property.


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include;

  • Previous 5-star Hotel experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong proven leadership qualities and management skills
  • Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
  • More than 5 years experience in the same role.
