About the Role-

The Asst Chef de Partie Pastry works under the guidance of the Chef De Partie to oversee a Pastry section with as little supervision as possible and can be assigned independently. They are a good team player and a motivated professional with advanced pastry cooking and knife skills.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Responsibilities-

• Preparing all required Pastry recipe as instructed following the Menus, Recipes, Guidelines & Methods provided.
• Must be able to take on basic tasks (creams, ice-cream, and preparation of basic dough’s) and technics (piping bag, knife handling skills).
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with USPH and Company Regulations.
