About the Role
The Pastry Chef creates elegant desserts, pastries, cakes, and signature items that reflect the quality and artistry of Chios.
Responsibilities
- Produce pastries, tarts, cakes, chocolate and refined dessert components.
- Design seasonal pastries and special offerings.
- Ensure consistent presentation and portioning.
- Maintain a clean, precise pastry workspace.
- Manage ingredient quality, storage, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
What You Bring
- Pastry Arts diploma or certificate is a big asset.
- Previous pastry experience is required.
- Strong skills in pastry fundamentals and artistic presentation.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Early morning availability.
- Food Handler Certificate required.
