  • Assist the Pastry Chef and Demi Chef de Partie in preparing high-quality pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods according to hotel standards.

  • Ensure consistency, presentation, and taste in all pastry items served.

  • Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen at all times.

  • Comply with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP).

  • Properly store food items and assist with stock rotation and inventory control.

  • Support daily mise en place and service operations.

  • Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance issues.

  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
