The Cheesecake Shop, Marsden Park (TS SHARMA PTY LTD) is looking for a skilled and dedicated Pastry Cook to join our busy team. The Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the daily production of our wide range of cakes, desserts, and pastries. You will ensure every product meets our strict standards for taste, texture, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake various cheesecakes, mudcakes, tortes, and desserts according to established recipes.

• Expertly decorate cakes with precision, including glazing, piping, and finishing.

• Manage inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and stock levels are maintained.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict food safety and HACCP standards.

• Collaborate with the team to meet high-volume production deadlines, especially during peak holiday periods.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 2-3 Years proven experience as a Pastry Cook or Baker (preferably in a high-volume retail or commercial environment).

• Qualifications: Certificate III or IV in Patisserie/Baking (or equivalent experience).

• Skills: Strong technical skills in cake finishing and decoration.

• Attributes: A positive "can-do" attitude, punctuality, and the ability to work early morning shifts.
