Trydan Tech is seeking a Technical Patent Writer with dual expertise in scientific research and intellectual property law. This role bridges the gap between R&D and legal protection, ensuring our innovations are documented, safeguarded, and strategically positioned in global markets.
Key Responsibilities
1.Patent Drafting & Filing
- Prepare, draft, and file patent applications for scientific and technical innovations.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, legally compliant patent documents.
2.Scientific Analysis
- Collaborate with R&D teams to understand inventions in renewable energy, EV technology, and software systems.
- Conduct prior art searches and technical literature reviews.
3.Legal Compliance
- Ensure patent applications meet international IP standards (USPTO, EPO, WIPO, Indian Patent Office).
- Liaise with external patent attorneys and legal advisors.
