REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must have experience with all aspects of litigation including managing written discovery, brief writing, deposition taking and/or preparation, etc. Patent bar eligibility required. The firm is seeking a motivated self-starter, who works well on a team, and is looking for experience taking ownership over key aspects of cases and learning to be a leader from early on.
