PATENT LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

Our client, one of the most prestigious law firms in the world, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join its highly regarded Life Sciences Patent Practice in Boston.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with innovative clients in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries. The associate will support a wide range of intellectual property matters, including: Managing and developing global patent portfolios Drafting and prosecuting patent applications Performing freedom-to-operate, patentability, and invalidity analyses Assisting with IP due diligence for corporate transactions Supporting post-grant proceedings, IP counseling, and litigation ???? Qualifications: Background in Biology, Chemistry, or a related life sciences field; Ph.D. strongly preferred 1–4 years of relevant experience at a top law firm or boutique IP firm Strong technical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex scientific documents Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly proactive, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Outstanding academic credentials from a respected law school
