Job Description

You will join a global team of world‑class technical patent specialists managing Nokia’s leading 5G and 6G standard‑essential patent portfolio. In this role, you will collaborate closely with inventors and standards delegates to identify and protect high‑value 5G and 6G innovations—from ideation through claim charting. You will also work with internal and external patent counsels to create high‑quality patents, expanding your expertise beyond technology into patent prosecution. With your technical knowledge and strong link to patent prosecution and monetization activities, you will contribute significantly to the development of Nokia’s world‑class patent portfolio. You will have technical ownership of a specific technology domain related to radio protocol inventions, such as 6G User Plane, 6G Control Plane, AI/ML enablers, or Non‑Terrestrial Networks—areas with massive business impact.
