Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee laboratory technical operations
• Verify and sign off reports (Hematology, Biochemistry, CP, Serology)
• Maintain quality control & TAT
• Train and assess lab staff competency
• Implement QMS & lab standards
• Approve test methods and ensure ethical lab practices
