They understand customer industry and business needs and strategically sell pathology products/services. Focus on driving revenue and client retention by building consultative relationships. Work with clients to establish a strategic account value. Successful Sales Directors follow a results-driven process while finding a balance between customer orientation and territory growth. Executes sales cycle with high level of service. Overnight travel approximately 60% (up to 90%).
