Update the following patient information within their internal database; patient name, demographic information, medical history, date of birth, etc. Verify patient insurance information and update it in the system. Additional Skills & Qualifications - 1 years of customer service. This can be face to face customer service. - Experience working within Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. - Data entry experience.
