  • Patient Advocacy & Support
    Serve as the primary point of contact for patients with billing inquiries, delivering empathetic and high-quality service while assisting with complex billing and reimbursement processes.

  • Remote Work Readiness
    Must have a distraction-free home workspace and reliable internet (screenshot required on resume). Candidates must be within 1-hour commute to Monroeville for equipment support if needed.

  • Technical & Communication Skills
    Requires 1+ year of experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and strong verbal/written communication skills to manage patient interactions professionally.

  • Healthcare Experience
    Minimum of 6 months in healthcare billing, collections, reimbursement, or infusion services. Preferred: 1 year in healthcare/pharmacy billing.
