Job Description

Our client is looking for an experienced candidate to: 
• Greet and assist customers ascertaining their needs and answering any questions
• Process orders completed by QA team and complete remaining steps
• Maintain re-supply schedules
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain prior authorization
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls and be able to manage multiple lines when needed 

• Associates degree preferred
• 2+ years minimum experience in a medical setting required 
• Understanding medical terminology & being able to read and understand coverage criteria
• Strong computer and phone skills, ability to move comfortably between two computer systems to meet job requirements
• Self-motivated, organized, ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
