Patient Care Representative

Job description:
The Patient Care Representative will provide assistance with scheduling, follow ups, patient inquiries; handling inbound and outbound calls for hospitals, medical offices, clinics, insurance companies, attorneys or law firms in the US.
Responsibilities:
Handling all inbound calls from patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals in a courteous and efficient manner.
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments with in-house providers and external specialists, ensuring timely follow-ups and procedures.
Accurate tracking, updating, and maintaining patient medical records while ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
Proactively following up with patients to schedule necessary appointments and ensure continuity of care.
Entering and updating patient information, medical history, and treatment details in electronic health records and patient portals with precision.
