The Patient Care Representative will provide assistance with scheduling, follow ups, patient inquiries; handling inbound and outbound calls for hospitals, medical offices, clinics, insurance companies, attorneys or law firms in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all inbound calls from patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments with in-house providers and external specialists, ensuring timely follow-ups and procedures.
- Accurate tracking, updating, and maintaining patient medical records while ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
- Proactively following up with patients to schedule necessary appointments and ensure continuity of care.
