Department: Revenue Cycle / Patient Financial Services Reports To: Billing Manager / Revenue Cycle Manager Job Summary The Patient Collections Specialist is responsible for managing and collecting outstanding patient balances while providing respectful, compassionate, and professional service.

This role focuses on patient billing follow-up, payment arrangements, and account resolution in compliance with healthcare regulations.

The position is fully remote and works closely with the billing and customer service teams to ensure accurate patient accounts and positive patient experiences.
