About the Role:

This role focuses on improving patient outcomes by enabling accessible cardiac rehabilitation support. The position involves working directly with patients and doctors in hospitals to onboard patients onto a comprehensive, remote care program that includes therapy, coaching, and 24/7 nurse support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present the program to patients in OPD, Wards, or IPD settings and facilitate onboarding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors to build trust in the program
• Handle queries and address objections from both patients and doctors
• Provide doctors with regular updates on patient progress and conduct program demonstrations

Prerequisites & Requirements:

• Prior experience in a patient-facing or healthcare product sales role
• Strong counseling and persuasion skills to effectively communicate program benefits
• Basic proficiency in English and fluency in the local language
• Preferred qualifications: BSc in Nursing, Medical Sciences, Food Science & Nutrition, Social Work, or Psychology
• Note: Candidates must be stationed at the allocated hospital(s)
