Patient Pathway Manager

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual to join our Haematology and Oncology team as a Patient Pathway Manager . You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth, efficient service and a high‑quality patient experience from referral through to treatment and follow‑up care.

Working closely with the Support Manager, triumvirate and wider stakeholders, you will help the service meet key performance, quality and financial targets in line with Directorate plans.

In this role, you will:
Oversee all stages of the patient pathway, ensuring timely progression

Act as a central contact point for colleagues, GPs, patients and the public

Lead and coordinate the administrative services supporting patient activity

Monitor pathways in line with Government Access Targets and the Trust's Patient Access Policy, supporting RTT delivery

Organise and support the administrative team, ensuring high standards are maintained
