The Nurse Scheduling Team Lead is responsible for always promoting the highest standard of service as well as developing, coaching, and mentoring the scheduling team members, along with responsibility for the daily operational activity of the Nurse Scheduling Team. 

This role is ideal for an experienced team leader with a scheduling or customer service administration background, or an experienced scheduler ready for the next step in their career.
