Our Client is looking for someone that is has experience with administration duties (non-clinical) within a call center or medical front office setting assisting with inbound calls from patients. The ideal candidates is someone who has been in the industry for 2+ years. and someone that is okay with repetitive work and assisting patient via telephone. Clear understanding of how HMOs work within a medical group or health system.
