Job Description

Location: Islandwide ( West / Central / East)
Compensation: Basic + Up to 3 months' bonus
Working Days & Hours: Office Hours, 5.5 Workweek

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful support during the registration process.
  • Appointment Booking: Arrange appointments and handle calls and emails quickly and clearly.
  • Admin Tasks: Help with general office work to keep things running smoothly.
  • Billing: Ensure bills are prepared accurately and on time.
  • Client Support: Prepare documents for consultations and accompany clients when needed.
  • Other Tasks: Support the team with any other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • GCE N/O Level, Nitec, or similar qualification
  • Friendly and service-oriented attitude
  • Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Candidates with relevant experience are advantageous
