Job Description
Location: Islandwide ( West / Central / East)
Compensation: Basic + Up to 3 months' bonus
Working Days & Hours: Office Hours, 5.5 Workweek
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful support during the registration process.
- Appointment Booking: Arrange appointments and handle calls and emails quickly and clearly.
- Admin Tasks: Help with general office work to keep things running smoothly.
- Billing: Ensure bills are prepared accurately and on time.
- Client Support: Prepare documents for consultations and accompany clients when needed.
- Other Tasks: Support the team with any other duties as required.
Requirements:
- GCE N/O Level, Nitec, or similar qualification
- Friendly and service-oriented attitude
- Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Candidates with relevant experience are advantageous
