Job Description

  • Assist in translation for patients / clinic staff.
  • Assist in clinic's day-to-day operations and functions.
  • Assist the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
  • Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
  • Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
  • Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
  • Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses.
  • Other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2, $3,500.00 per month
