About The Role

  • Ensure clinics operational readiness.
  • Register patients and schedule appointments accordingly.
  • Perform billing function, attend to and manage patients enquiries.
  • Contacting and ensuring patients are prepared for appointments.
  • Assist clinic service manager in administrative duties.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

What We Are Looking For

  • Candidate must possess at least O Levels or Diploma.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should be comfortable/flexible with working in a hospital setting and in different clinics when needed.
