About The Role

  • Handle admission, discharge and transferring of patients into wards, which includes creating and maintaining proper personal records of patients without compromising any data and safety breaches.
  • Making internal and external appointments for patients as per ordered by doctors.
  • Ensure wards operational and procedural area readiness based on desired service standards.
  • Provide basic financial counselling to patient and next-of-kin when requested.
  • Manage stock inventory within the assigned ward.
  • Provide chaperone assistance to doctors / nurses and prepare consultation documents.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum GCE O Levels qualification or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office), handling multiple systems such as SAP will be an advantage.
