About The Role
- Ensure Procedural Area Readiness.
- Assist with smooth patient journey including registration, discharge, appointment bookings, cashiering and enquiries.
- Ensure patients Insurance providers are maintained and bills are accurate.
- Follow-up with pre/post scope/operation administrative duties. E.g. Ensure patient receives accurate and timely pre/post-procedure information.
- Attend to appointment requests, emails and phone enquiries.
- To provide financial counselling to patient on the fees for consult, investigations, procedures and medication where applicable.
- To provide value added service as developed e.g. Phlebotomy, Therapy Aid, Basic ADL assistance.
- To lead / train junior staff in value-added services.
- Participate in quality improvement project and assume other responsibilities tasked by the clinic/nurse manager, service team leader and/or service executives.
