SCHEDULE:

  • M-F between 8am-5pm

    • RESPONSIBILITIES: Baystate Health’s Patient Service Representatives perform a variety of different tasks throughout the day. This includes greeting patients, checking them in and checking them out and requesting copays. They are also responsible for verifying insurances, answering telephones and faxing medical documents.
