We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to support a busy oncology center. This individual is critical to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for patients while managing high-volume administrative and call & scheduling responsibilities in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities/ Job Duties: Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently Perform patient registration and verify demographic and insurance information Collect copays and assist with patient check-in and check-out processes Manage a very high volume of inbound phone calls and route inquiries appropriately Provide exceptional, patient-centered customer service, particularly to oncology patients and their families Maintain professionalism and empathy when working with seriously ill patients Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative team members Report directly to department leadership Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requireme...
