Patient Service Representative

.We’re seeking a dedicated, detail oriented Patient Services Representative (PSR) to join our growing team in Seattle.  This role is central to maintaining DrSnip’s standard of excellent patient care.

The PSR is the first point of contact between our patients and our clinic; the role require sexcellent communication, organization, and people skills.

PSRs are entrusted with scheduling patients, answering preparatory questions, obtaining insurance data, checking benefits, and communicating appointment updates to patients.
