This position will be located at the 1917 Clinic, whose mission is to provide compassionate and comprehensive care for persons living with HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) infection. The Patient Services Coordinator II position, under general supervision, provides primarily administrative support to the Social Work Department, assisting social workers with patient coordination, documentation, and access to services. The position works in collaboration with front desk and pharmacy staff to support walk-in patients without scheduled appointments who require assistance. This position requires proficiency with Microsoft Office software, IDX, Impact, and other internal systems once trained.
