  • Required Qualifications Minimum year of referral management experience in a healthcare or medical office setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to support patients and referring providers professionally. Ability to manage a high volume of work with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience handling confidential patient information with discretion.
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems. Background in scheduling within a specialty clinic or hospital setting.
