Overview Benevis - Atlanta Patient Services Specialist Must live in Metro Atlanta Shifts Available - 8am - 5pm; 11am - 8pm; 9am - 6pm; or 8am - 8pm Schedule After Training is complete: The Call Center hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm and on Saturdays 8:00 am-5:00pm. Are you ready to join us in creating our next million smiles? We have JUST the opportunity for you. Benevis is hiring a Patient Services Specialist to work at our Corporate location in Atlanta, GA. As a Patient Services Specialist (PSS) you are responsible for providing quality customer service to patients and parents. Primarily work in a call center environment answering both inbound calls and outbound calls with the purpose of confirming or creating dental appointments, responding to online inquiries and evaluate calls for training and quality purposes. No prior experience necessary. We fully train our representatives. Work from home may be provided. Responsibilities Deliver quality and superior customer care to every parent or patient on the phone Focus on accuracy and be detailed oriented Possess good telephone etiquette, customer service and in particular focus on salesmanship skills High focus on customer service and satisfaction Compassion and high level of service for our patients Keen aptitude and adaptability to change Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and organizational skills Prior experience in a call center or in the dental field is advantageous but not required Perform to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs Other duties as assigned Schedule After Training is complete: The Call Center hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm and on Saturdays 8:00 am-5:00pm.
