BIOAXIS Healthcare, an **IQVIA** business, the largest company that specializes in the provision of high-quality Patient Education and Care Services, through patient support programs, is seeking for a **Patient Support Coordinator.**



**Position Description**



• Telephone support, patient service and guidance on matters of hospitalization, medication, disease management, drug administration and other health services



• Scheduling visits and sending medicines and other consumables based on company procedures



• Conduct reminders, patient satisfaction surveys and other outbound calls



• Management of pharmacovigilance reports (adverse events and product complaints in pharmaceutical products)



• Coordination and communication with the other departments of the company



• Data entry in the information system
