Job Description
Draw patterns using PAD system.
Utilize various pattern-making techniques and tools/ software, to create and modify patterns.
Modify existing patterns to improve fit or adapt to new designs.
Update patterns based on feedback and production requirements.
Work with production coordinator to ensure accurate pattern for samples is in place.
Work closely with designers, garment technicians, and production teams to ensure that patterns meet quality and fit standards.
Provide technical support and expertise throughout the production process.
Brief the production teams on the details.
Coordinate with the Design team for final sample.
Work hand in hand with the product and business support teams while extending every needed effort to ensure projects timelines are met in the highest expected levels.
Stay updated on fashion trends, techniques, and technologies in pattern making.
Apply new methods and innovations to improve pattern-making processes.
