Pattern Maker

Location: Dubai | Freelance or Part-Time (Hybrid/On-Site)

We’re looking for an experienced Pattern Maker to support our design and production teams in translating creative concepts into precise, production-ready patterns. This role is hands-on and technical, requiring both a deep understanding of garment construction and an eye for fit and proportion.

You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and sample makers to ensure our pieces reflect the intended silhouette, fall, and quality that NÓRA is known for.

What you’ll do:

Develop accurate, production-ready patterns for new designs based on sketches, samples, or technical specifications

Interpret design intent while ensuring patterns are practical, well-balanced, and technically sound

Adjust patterns based on fitting sessions and provide clear instructions for corrections

Work closely with the design and sampling teams to troubleshoot construction issues
