• Lawton Co. in Minster, OH is seeking a Pattern Shop Technician (Pattern Maker) to join our foundry operations team.
• In this role, you’ll learn from experienced team members while working on both individual and group projects.
• You’ll use a variety of equipment and hand tools to design, build, and maintain tooling for foundry castings- directly contributing to the success of our operation.  This is a hands-on position with opportunities to learn, grow, and make an impact in a supportive team environment.

Pay & Schedule:
