 Responsibilities:

• Showcase technical proficiency in milling and paving operations.
• Understand project plan details, specifications, estimates, man-hour budgets, and production rates.
• Plan and organize work to optimize crew productivity, establishing comprehensive work and staffing plans for each project phase.
• Communicate performance expectations for productivity, quality, and safety to crews, ensuring schedule and financial goals are met.
• Supervise field managers, mentor them, and schedule manpower and equipment efficiently.
• Review job costs with Project Manager and Field Managers, implementing adjustments as necessary.
• Follow safety protocols, including preplanning, safety equipment use, and accident investigation.
• Coordinate with Field Managers, other Superintendents, and customers for successful project plans.
