Job Responsibilities
- Building and managing relationships with merchants to ensure proper setup for payment acceptance, including QR codes, POS devices, and terminals.
- Conducting regular checks in key business districts and industry segments to improve payment success rates and usage frequency.
- Collecting and reporting merchant issues related to payment acceptance, coordinating with technical and operations teams for resolution.
- Providing merchants with basic training on payment processes to enhance proficiency and engagement.
