Payment Hub Implementation Manager

As a Lead Business Consultant specializing in Payment Hub solutions, you will lead the implementation and optimization of enterprise-level payment platforms for global financial institutions. The role demands a deep understanding of Payment Hub architecture, payment processing workflows, and integration with core banking and treasury systems.

You should have hands-on experience implementing at least one leading Payment Hub solution such as:

ACI Worldwide

Finastra

Bottomline Technologies

Other major payment orchestration platforms

Additionally, familiarity with Treasury & Risk Management systems and Capital Markets will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:-

As a Lead Business Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering end-to-end payment transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison during Payment Hub deployment, addressing client queries, troubleshooting, and guiding process changes.

- Solution Design: Analyze client payment workflows and design optimized processes aligned with industry standards (ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, RTP).

- Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops to capture functional and technical requirements for payment processing, clearing, and settlement.

- Integration & Data Mapping: Create detailed process flows, system flows or data flows, documentation, ensuring accurate mapping between upstream/downstream systems.

- Testing & Validation: Lead system testing (functional, regression, UAT) to ensure compliance with client-specific needs and regulatory mandates.

- Migration & Conversion: Oversee readiness assessments and data migration strategies for smooth transitions from legacy systems.

- Training & Support: Deliver client training sessions and provide ongoing support for configuration and performance optimization.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Compliance) and participate in on-site client engagements when required.

Domain Expertise-

- Strong understanding of Payment Hub architecture, payment orchestration, and clearing/settlement mechanisms.

- Knowledge of ISO 20022 messaging standards, SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, RTP, and cross-border payment regulations.
