The Payment Implementation Specialist is the primary POC for customers onboarding to Restaurant365's AP Payments platform. This role owns the end-to-end implementation lifecycle—from intake and compliance through go-live, first payment, and transition to Customer Success—ensuring customers reach their first successful payment quickly and confidently.
