JOB DESCRIPTION:
•Establish payment/collection arrangement with customers and follow up on status.
•Support marketing campaigns and events.
•Report any suspected fraudulent activity.
•Process deposit and withdrawal transactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
•Diploma or degree preferably in any of these fields:
(a) Business Studies (b) Accounting (c) Business Management
•Fresh graduates/ Entry level Applicants are encouraged to apply.
•Good arithmetic and analytical skills.
•Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
•Well-versed in the use of computers and MS Office.
•Experience in handling remittance, multi-currencies and customer service is an added advantage.
•Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•Able to work under pressure and multitask.
•Required language(s): English
•The ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.<...
