Job Description

Role Purpose:

The role’s primary purpose is to play a supporting role, in partnership with IT and business groups, for the roll-out and change of Chubb’s strategic payment platforms. Assisting payment intake, business requirements and program management by documenting business processes, controls, support technical design, user acceptance testing, post implementation review and change requests.



Key Responsibilities:


Payment intake:

  • Assist with payment intake and payment portfolio updates.
  • Arrange discovery workshops and meetings.
  • Take and distribute meeting notes, follow up on actions and work with all teams involved to coordinate efforts.
  • Business requirements:

  • Assist with project business requirements documentation, reviews and sign-off from relevant stakeholders.
