Overview

In this role you will support the sale and delivery of TNS solution offerings for payment services, guiding customers from discovery to solution-based proposals. You’ll work with sales and delivery teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and cost models. You’ll facilitate solution design sessions and ensure clear communication across stakeholders to drive revenue and customer satisfaction. This is a technology‑driven role with a focus on payments expertise and cross‑functional collaboration to scale solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to deliver TNS Solution Portfolio
  • Support sales presentations and meetings with customers
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and respond to RFPs/RFIs
  • Produce technical proposals and cost models for sales opportunities
