Payment Systems Support Engineer

- Manage and maintain IST Switch for transaction routing and processing.

- Configure and support EPOS, MPOS, and IPOS terminals for merchant and customer transactions.

- Oversee ATM operations, including Aptra software management and integration.

- Implement and monitor transaction monitoring systems to ensure compliance and fraud detection.

- Work with OAR Parser for transaction data analysis and reporting.

- Integrate and troubleshoot Natalities ATM Integrator for smooth ATM connectivity.

- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for system upgrades, patches, and issue resolution.

- Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory compliance in all payment channels.
