Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Payment Tech Lead to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of payment systems and financial technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payment gateway integrations, backend architecture, and system scalability, along with proven experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced fintech environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of payment processing systems, APIs, and integrations with banks, PSPs, and financial institutions.
- Architect and maintain high-performance, secure, and scalable payment infrastructures (authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation).
- Oversee integration with card schemes, wallets, and alternative payment methods.
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers (frontend, backend, DevOps), ensuring best practices and code quality.
