Job Description

Our client is an iconic Australian company currently seeking a Payments and Banking Analyst to provide production support for the pinpads supporting their national retail outlets.

Your new role will see you joining the Banking Services team and providing support for their pinpads nationally. Day to day you will be troubleshooting pinpad issues and debugging software issues. You will also be responsible for documenting and reviewing the knowledge base articles for future reference.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience troubleshooting pinpad issues (preferably M400)
  • Ability to debug within VHQ/ Quest/ Payment Switch
  • Experience working with VHQ to load software upgrades
  • Prior experience working with Quest to troubleshoot pinpad logs
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework
