Payments Channel Specialist - Support Role

• Manage and maintain IST Switch for transaction routing and processing.

• Configure and support EPOS, MPOS, and IPOS terminals for merchant and customer transactions.

• Oversee ATM operations, including Aptra software management and integration.

• Implement and monitor transaction monitoring systems to ensure compliance and fraud detection.

• Work with OAR Parser for transaction data analysis and reporting.

• Integrate and troubleshoot Natalities ATM Integrator for smooth ATM connectivity.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for system upgrades, patches, and issue resolution.

• Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory compliance in all payment channels.
