Summary of the role

As a Payments Finance Analyst, you'll help ensure accurate accounting processes, regulatory compliance, and financial integrity. Based in Madrid and reporting to the Payments Finance Manager, you'll collaborate with a team focused on accounting, reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and testing of automated accounting processes from the Outpayce Platform to SAP.
• Validate daily reconciliations and follow up on unreconciled items, working with relevant teams to resolve differences.
• Assist with regulatory reporting to the Bank of Spain and reconcile internal financial statements for consistency.
• Oversee monthly closing activities, including VAT review, cash flow reporting, and intercompany flows.
